During the initial communication with the customer, who was a well-known clothing distributor in Saudi Arabia with extensive professional knowledge, they required high-quality products. Instead, he disassembled the requirements word by word, stayed up late every day to sort out product parameters and craftsmanship details, matched them with real-shot sample videos, communicated repeatedly online and offline, and patiently answered every question from the customer.
To meet the customer’s custom needs, Jay coordinated with the factory to adjust the production plan and optimize the process flow many times. He even followed up the sample production throughout the whole process and timely updated the progress to the customer.
Three months of persistence and effort finally won the customer’s recognition. When he received the one-million-order confirmation email from the customer, all the fatigue disappeared without a trace.
